Pro-Websoftwares - provides its moving and transport services exclusively on the basis of the following General Terms and Conditions.
Use of Subcontractors & Partners
Pro-Websoftwares reserves the right to engage qualified subcontractors, freelancers or partner agencies to help deliver certain elements of your project. We remain fully responsible for the quality and timely completion of all work carried out on our behalf, and any subcontractor is bound by the same confidentiality and quality standards to which we hold ourselves.
Scope of Services & Additional Work
Pro-Websoftwares will deliver all agreed web design, web development, web software and digital marketing services with the professional care, skill and diligence expected of a reputable digital agency, always acting in the best interests of the client, in exchange for the agreed fee. Any additional work, revisions, features or services not defined in the original scope of work — and not reasonably foreseeable at the time the contract was concluded — will be quoted and invoiced separately upon written agreement.
Third-Party Costs & Fees
Any additional third-party fees, licences, hosting subscriptions, premium plugins, stock media or paid advertising budgets incurred on your behalf are billed separately and cannot be offset against or included within our standard project invoice. Such costs will be itemised transparently and require your prior approval before purchase.
Data Protection & Website Security
Pro-Websoftwares advises every client of the importance of maintaining appropriate protection for their digital assets, including regular website backups, security monitoring and hosting-level safeguards. Upon the client's explicit request, we can arrange or recommend suitable backup, security and maintenance solutions for an additional agreed fee to help protect against data loss, downtime and cyber threats.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales for the resolution of any dispute.

These General Terms and Conditions are governed by German law. Should individual provisions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
